Architectural confidence meets a warm, pared-back palette. A composition of charcoal render and limewashed brick softened by black batten screening and native planting, gives the street a quietly bold presence. Within, oak floors, oak joinery and fluted stone surfaces bring warmth to a light-filled plan that opens around a central courtyard pool, where frameless glass and black-framed glazing dissolve the line between inside and out. A double-height void draws the canopy in through clerestory glass, while a sculptural oak pivot entry sets a calm, considered tone. Modern, textural and full of light.
